Agreements

By using Chat2Fix you agree to these terms, the privacy policy, and any job-specific rules shared via WhatsApp.

Responsibilities

• Customers confirm that job details are accurate and they have authority to book the work.
• Labors maintain licenses, insurance, and professional conduct while completing jobs sourced by Chat2Fix.
• Chat2Fix schedules introductions, facilitates payments, and may suspend accounts for abuse.

Payments

Payments are handled through Stripe. Funds remain in escrow or commission hold until both parties confirm completion. Disputes are reviewed within 48 hours.

Limitations

Chat2Fix is not responsible for direct damages beyond paid fees. Local consumer laws still apply.
